l attend weekly toning circles that are very simply om type of way to share harmony in a circle... went to a special circle tonight where we chanted a phrase to connect with the earth in harmony too... this circle is once a month and l'll support it always... 1st mondays of each month at 7pm by green lake... think it's the albient wellness center on the north west corner 71st ne and 5th just a few blocks up from the 5 way stop by starbutts...

feel there is a lot of healing that goes on without words... finding harmony and unity is selfless path to unity... to surrender ego to hear as well as much as share the tone as one is a gift toward unity... l also feel my voice coming more from my heart rather than my head so to speak... the difference is in my tone and also feeling more heart based...

what we practice we become and as much as some dogma is helpful at times like for me the center for spiritual living it's still being preached to me... grateful to practice feeling oneness on a level deeper than words may for me...
